Chance McMillan was born in Kirbyville, Texas and raised around the Houston area. He attended the University of St. Thomas on an academic scholarship where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Philosophy. He next attended South Texas College of Law where he competed in mock trial. Mr. McMillan was a two time regional champion and led South Texas to its 105th national championship in advocacy. Some of the awards associated with Mr. McMillan’s speaking ability include the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award and the Best Speaker Award. Mr. McMillan was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers following his advocacy career.
Since graduating from law school, Mr. McMillan has taught as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law. His practice has been restricted to civil Plaintiff’s law where he is dedicated to personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. McMillan lives in the Houston area with his wife.
