David W. Barlow

Mr. Barlow offers legal assistance with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. He has represented citizens throughout Southeast Texas at both the trial level, and at the post-conviction level when prosecuted by the State of Texas in the state system. He has also assisted citizens throughtout the Eastern District of Texas when prosecuted by the United States Government in the federal system. Mr. Barlow has served as local counsel for firms who are located out of the immediate area, and even located outside the state of Texas. A former prosecutor, Mr. Barlow knows “both sides of the fence.” On occasion, Mr. Barlow is still called upon by various courts to serve as a Special Prosecutor when the elected prosecutor has recused himself.
