I was born in La Plata, Argentina and raised in Berkeley.  After high school, I went on to study at Wesleyan University in Connecticut earning Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Spanish Literature. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.

I attended law school at Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating in 2010. During law school, I worked at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.

I was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2011 and began my career as an attorney at La Raza Centro Legal in San Francisco practicing employment and immigration law.

In 2012, I joined Beles and Beles Law Offices where I continue to represent clients in immigration and criminal matters.  I am currently defending clients in immigration court in Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status and Bond Proceedings and helping clients with family petitions, U-Visas and citizenship.  I also work with clients to reduce criminal charges and vacate convictions which have immigration consequences.

I has also been successful in appealing decisions of Immigration Judges to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

My wife, Alexis, and I have been married for four years and have two sons. I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.
